Todd A. Alexander, Plain Township Parks and Recreation Director, is a 1990 graduate of Lakewood High School.
While at Lakewood, he played varsity ice hockey for four years.
His senior year, Todd represented his team and participated in the city and state all-star games.
Todd continued his education at The Ohio State University.
In 1995, he obtained a B.S. degree from the School of Natural Resources, in Parks and Recreation, Administration and Tourism.
Prior to coming to Plain Township, Todd worked nearly ten years for Metro Parks, serving Summit County.
He worked as a Crew Leader and Reserve Park Ranger.

The Parks and Recreation Director is responsible for the overall administration and operations of all park land and buildings.
The already existing sport teams, which play at Diamond Community Park, as well as current programs that are already in place, fund the Parks and Recreation Department.
As Director, Todd will be creating balance between the already existing sport leagues, creating new and exciting programs and the development of additional park land.
Todd is an outdoor and recreational enthusiast and is looking forward to serving the residents of Plain Township.
