The Plain Township Planning Department is responsible for planning and economic development activities as set forth by the Plain Township Comprehensive Mini Master Plan.
These activities also include the development and oversight of programs designed to encourage businesses to locate in the township.

The Plain Township Board of Trustees encourages residents to participate in the implementation of the updated master plan.
Public input is essential and vital to a good plan.

The Plain Township Zoning Commission and Board of Trustees will hold open public hearings to review the proposed revisions and updates to the plan as part of its formal adoption.
These hearings will occur in approximately 8-10 months once a complete revised draft version of the document is prepared for presentation.
