The Board of Zoning Commission meets the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Plain Township Hall located at 2600 Easton Street NE.

February 13th		Amendment #550-13 Applicant & Owner - Plain Township Trustees would like to change the Zoning of 4100 Harrison Avenue NW from R-2, One & Two Family Residential District to S-1, Suburban Office District (change will consist of approximately 15,210 square feet of land) Amendment #551-13 Applicant & Agent - Plain Township Trustees would like to establish zoning districts for internet café and skilled games. Also add solar energy systems as a conditionally permitted use.

March 13th		Organizational Meeting

April 10th		Amendment #552-13 Applicant & Agent – Plain Township Zoning Commission would like to add definitions, update permitted and conditionally permitted uses in various districts and update the general standards regarding temporary buildings.

May 8th		Amendment #553-13 Applicant & Agent – Plain Township Zoning Commission would like to update and add items to the zoning book.
