All Plain Township Parks Reservation/Rental cancellation refund requests must be made through submission of the completed Plain Township Parks Request Form by either downloading, completing, scanning and emailing back to [email protected] or by printing, completing and mailing to Plain Township Hall, Attention: Rob Steinberg at 2600 Easton Street NE, Canton, Ohio 44721.
All requests are subject to review and the sole approval of the Plain Township Parks Director on a case by case basis.
No refunds will be issued if cancellation and request takes place WITHIN 24 hours of the reservation/rental. Online fees will be withheld from the final refund, if approved.
